CSR bikes

In the CSR bikes team building activity, you and your team will have the opportunity to work together building and donating bicycles to a local charity. No child forgets his or her first bicycle. Collaborating as a team, you will earn the pieces of a brand new bike and the tools to build it. A heart warming bike team building event with a philanthropic spin. Work together to build a stronger team and give back to your community by changing the life of a child in need.

• Teams must complete a series of challenges in order to earn bicycle parts (ex. frame, handlebars, seat, pedals, helmet and other bike accessories.
• Through communication, planning and teamwork, everyone successfully accomplishes the challenges to have all of the materials needed for their bikes.
• Teams then race to build the bikes; meanwhile, a bike technician ensures that each bike is being properly constructed.
• Once all bikes are finished, the bikes will be donated to children belonging to a charity or organization of your choosing!
• SURPRISE OPPORTUNITY: It is optional to not disclose to the participants that the bikes will be donated until the very end of the challenge and reveal it at the end as a surprise.
• BONUS OPPORTUNITY: Have the children of your chosen charity/organization attend the reveal of the donation for an extra special moment for both your team and the kids!
